End-to-end tested on the Portal TV with its remote.

  • Calls bridges to the stock TV home (ripleyhome) when the touchscreen call UI isn't available.
  • Grid curation: hides the TV boot flow and stock home; folds Picture Mode into Settings.
  • Browser: Chrome is hidden on the TV (it renders blank / can't be driven by the remote there) in favour of the working Vewd browser. Unchanged on the touch models.
  • Screensaver settings on the remote: focused rows no longer overflow their card, and the time-per-item control is now a left/right stepper you can navigate past (the slider used to trap focus).

Self-update: existing installs update in place.
