Immortal 1.9

Clearer messaging when app installs are paused on a first-gen Portal (Android 9).

The previous copy said "reinstall Immortal to restore," which didn't actually work — reinstalling the app doesn't restart the install helper. v1.9 unifies all five surfaces (store banner, per-app status, Install-with-Immortal card, Install-an-APK browser, self-updater) on one accurate, scoped message: installing new apps pauses after a reboot; reconnect to a computer and re-run the installer to add apps — everything else keeps working.

No functional change from 1.8; the universal installer and Shizuku support are unchanged.
