Changes
- Align base duplicate object-name behavior with RFC 8259 Section 4.
- Keep duplicate decoded object names invalid in canonical RON.
- Remove the ordinary conformance requirement for last-value-wins behavior.
- Add the Clojure implementation to the implementation list.
Compatibility
Base RON no longer defines one result for duplicate decoded object names. Applications must not depend on last-value-wins behavior.
