• BREAKING: Moved lazySingleton() to a subpath export. This fixes an issue with some side effects from Vitest lifecycles (beforeAll, etc) when using lazySingleton() outside of test environments. Updated import syntax:

  import { lazySingleton } from "neon-testing/utils";
