Release release-9.2.2

This patch fixes cursor/result retention on long-lived connections and makes connection cleanup reliable when cursors are created during shutdown. It also includes SQLAlchemy lint cleanup and QuickStart CI diagnostics.

Install with pip install "pinotdb[sqlalchemy]==9.2.2", or pip install pinotdb==9.2.2 for the DB-API client alone.
