[Feature] Add codec filter type for scenes

There is no method to filter or sort scenes by (video) codec

Add a filter for codecs

Additional context

• List all all available codecs in user's Stash library within drop down combo box?
• List audio codecs as well?

If this gets implemented, audio codecs would definitely be nice to have as well, as they can be the cause of transcoding instead of direct stream play. In addition, I wonder if being able to filter by container / file type would be useful as well? Having said that, I believe you can accomplish the same thing by searching for ".mkv" for example, so this doesn't seem as crucial.
