Statgen custom release of Cloudgene v3. First revision.

Includes bug fixes that have been PR'd upstream:

  • More graceful errors on bad settings file.
  • More graceful errors on bad S3 URL.
  • Bugfix in S3Workspace.dowloadLogs().

Includes a new feature that has been PR'd upstream:

  • Add skipWorkspaceCleanup setting.

Includes TOPMed Imputation Server customization that cannot be currently achieved with configuration:

  • Custom favicon info and other metadata.
  • Custom header.
  • Custom footer (this one can mostly be done through the admin UI or by API hacking).
