First release candidate for the statgen fork of imputationserver2.

Included changes:

  • Avoid file renaming for X chromosomes (causes copy-to-disk issues when using S3 backend, which can lead to catastrophic server failure).
  • PasswordCreator: use SecureRandom, generate longer passwords, code rewrite.
  • Lots of formatting.
