New Features
Keyboard and Mouse Sound Manager:
Added a new application to manage sounds for mouse clicks and keyboard presses.
Supports sounds for left, right, and middle mouse clicks as well as keyboard presses.
Configurable Key Combination:
Users can now configure the key combination to toggle the visibility of the application window.
This key combination works regardless of the current keyboard layout or input language.

Instructions
Launching the Application:
Upon launching, the application window is hidden by default.
Use the configured key combination to toggle the visibility of the application window.

Adjust the sound volume using the slider.
Set the key combination to toggle the application window.
Playing Sounds:
