Patch release fixing the 1.4.0 container image build.

Fixed

  • Docker image build: the builder stage now copies the docker/ bundle into
    its context so the wheel's compendium/_scaffold force-include resolves. The
    1.4.0 container image failed to build for this reason (Forced include not found: /app/docker); the 1.4.0 PyPI package is unaffected.

This release re-publishes the working container image and PyPI package for the
one-command Docker install introduced in 1.4.0.
