This release adds desktop notifications for port monitoring and includes several UI improvements.

• Fixed Vite dev server (port 3000) protection to only apply in development

• Internationalized date/time formatting for better localization
• Unified typography across select components (font-bold)
• Theme settings refactoring using atomWithStorage
