Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Replaces invalid doctest markers after assignment expressions in the @stdlib/math/base/special/ceilb JavaScript test files.
• Updates // => markers to // returns in both test.js and test.native.js to satisfy the stdlib/doctest-marker lint rule.
