chore: fix JavaScript lint errors (issue #8268)

Resolves #8268.

Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Fixes JavaScript lint errors in the codebase, specifically:
  • Replacing new Array() with array literals to comply with the stdlib/no-new-array rule.
  • Updating require statements in example files to use relative paths, complying with stdlib/require-last-path-relative.
