Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• This PR fixes the broken link https://developer.github.com/guides/traversing-with-pagination/ by updating it to the new GitHub documentation URL: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/using-the-rest-api/using-pagination-in-the-rest-api.

GitHub has migrated their API documentation from developer.github.com to docs.github.com. The new URL provides the same pagination guide with updated examples and best practices.
