Description:
Added a simple issue difficulty level system to help contributors quickly understand how challenging an issue might be. The new section explains Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 issues with clear expectations, basic criteria, and examples so both beginners and experienced contributors can pick tasks more comfortably.

level:beginner level:intermediate level:advanced level:critical

@steam-bell-92 Sorry, this is actually my first contribution, so I wasn’t aware of the updated GSSoC issue level format. Thanks for letting me know! I’ll update it to the new system and push the changes soon.

No probs even the labels n all are updated few hours ago

Updated the issue difficulty level section in CONTRIBUTING.md to match the latest GSSoC label format. Replaced the old Level 1/2/3 naming with level:beginner, level:intermediate, level:advanced, and level:critical.

Also made the explanations more clear and beginner-friendly by adding simple descriptions, expectations, criteria, and example tasks for each level so contributors can easily understand which issues are best suited for them.
