  Note: The Volume Step Interval feature is managed entirely within Home Assistant. This means smooth ramping only applies to volume changes triggered via Home Assistant (entities, automations, or scripts). Changes made using the physical remote, Airplay, Spotify Connect, and the Sony BRAVIA Connect app will still transition at the device's default speed.
