  • Deterministic human and JSON version reporting from installed distribution metadata.
  • Compact and explicit debug JSON modes while preserving bare JSON compatibility.
  • Selected, analyzed, inapplicable, and excluded scope counts.
  • A source-controlled, non-increasing LOC ratchet for established legacy projects.
  • Read-only human and JSON installation diagnostics through code-guard doctor.
  • Zero-baseline installed-console CI dogfooding with visible REVIEW findings and blocking FAIL/tool errors.

The README and documentation now include direct human and agent onboarding, a copyable installation prompt, a recommended post-edit workflow, optional authorized hook integration, and version-matched skill activation guidance.
