jsinspect v0.12 and no more Node.js v4

• jsinspect now at version 0.12.6 #42
• No more deprecated (in Node.js v4) fs.existsSync #43
• Dropped the support for Node.js v4, due to jsinspect upgrade
• Started testing against Node.js v8

Going forward with Node.js 4

Minimum Node.js version supported is now 4.2.0. Have some 🍰 as it is just so good.

jsinspect 0.8

• Update dependencies
• Test against Grunt.js 1.0.0, but keep supporting 0.4.0+

When reporting to file create folders when needed
