v1.3.0: multiplexed pipe mode, concurrent daemon dispatch, settle

Highlights:
- Pipe mode supports concurrent in-flight requests via id multiplexing
- Daemon dispatches multiplexed requests on separate threads
- snapshot --await-change --settle now works (waits for screen to stabilize)
- Removed double-locking, reduced latencies (spawn, poll, type_text)
- Fixed send_key race condition and pipe EOF hang
- FRAMETERM_SOCKET_DIR for daemon isolation
