Changed

• Devcontainer name flipped back to the <folder>-aicontainer suffix. Was
  aicontainer-<folder>; leads each label with the project name so it reads
  first in VS Code's remote indicator. Re-derived on every aic init/aic sync
  and not hand-editable.
