CLAUDE.md krijgt het beleid (trunk-based, semver, bumpen-bij-release, hotfix, geen publieke pre-releases, dev-versie-conventie) en een doc-onderhoud-sectie (een bron van waarheid, same-PR doc-updates, waarheidspas bij release). De uitvoerbare runbook leeft als /release-skill in .claude/skills/release/, met de valkuilen van de eerste handmatige release ingebakken (expliciete verificatie van de workflow-conclusie, --publish never). De .gitignore is versmald zodat .claude/skills/ getrackt wordt maar lokale config genegeerd blijft. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
