First public release of retouch-ring — the Ring chime plugin for ReTouch.

Ring motion and doorbell presses play a short ducked chime through a Bose SoundTouch speaker. Installed, verified and supervised by ReTouch as a plugin (Settings → Plugins → Ring chime).

The release workflow attaches retouch-ring-armv7l + SHA256SUMS, the shape ReTouch's plugin catalog installs and verifies.
