CodexBar can temporarily miss pricing for newly released models even after models.dev has published them. The pricing catalog is refreshed on a 24-hour TTL, so an unknown model may remain unpriced until the next scheduled refresh.
We should keep the exact model and token usage, trigger a bounded refresh when pricing is missing, and let the existing pricing fingerprint reprice cached usage once the model appears.
