Fixed the Codex CLI usage probe against Codex CLI 0.149.0: the removed untrusted approval value is replaced by never on both the app-server and isolated status launches, keeping the read-only sandbox (#3115, #3118). Thanks @kiranmagic7!
Fixed menu bar layout editor drag-and-drop: chips are draggable views instead of Buttons (whose gesture recognizer swallowed the drag), so reordering and the trash zone work again — and the trash zone now also removes the selected token on click (#3121). Thanks @J2TeamNNL!
