- Codex local costs: exclude inherited records before an explicit subagent history boundary, including files with no child-owned usage yet, and refresh older cached counts without discarding stored history (#3527, related to #3524). Thanks @vnnkl!
- Token counts: promote rounded
1000Kand1000Mvalues to1Mand1B, preserve ordinary precision, and handle the full signed integer range without crashing (#3519, fixes #3518). Thanks @harjothkhara!
