Follow-up to #66, from reading the first plan run against stella/stella.

The plan proposed creating 📝 word plugin and 💬 chat. Both are declared in the manifest but have never existed in any repository and appear on no issue or PR. Chat work is already covered by 🤖 AI. Left in place, every repo that opts into the sync would grow two labels nobody asked for, so they are removed at the source rather than filtered downstream.

The plan also proposed rewriting 🧮 table from "Tabular review" to "Table view feature". The live wording is the more accurate one, so the manifest is corrected to match rather than the repo being overwritten from a stale entry.

Remaining plan for stella/stella after this merges is six description and color corrections, no creations.

'📝 word plugin' and '💬 chat' were declared but never applied in any
repo; chat work is already covered by '🤖 AI'. A sync would have created
them in every repo that opts in, so remove them at the source.

'🧮 table' is described in the live repo as 'Tabular review', which is
the more accurate wording. Take that as authoritative rather than
overwriting it from a stale manifest.
