Pull request overview
Updates the GitHub README fetch used by the “Source Code” view to support repositories whose readme file is named readme.md (lowercase), improving compatibility with differing filename casing in GitHub repos.
Changes:
- Switches the README fetch response variable to be reassignable.
- Adds a fallback request to
readme.mdwhenREADME.mdis not found.
