Why
I needed a way to fetch all contracts from a network for the analysis I did for:
I'm not sure others really need this as a feature. I mostly wanted to open this PR in case I ever need to return and use it again.
Maybe there's value in adding it. If this is to be merged, there's some refactoring to move shared responsibility into a shared place because it reused a lot of the logic from the snapshot create command.
