Updates the x402 on Stellar documentation to reflect that the OpenZeppelin x402 Facilitator is available beyond testnet, and to provide usage details for the facilitator endpoints.
Changes:
- Expands the x402 Facilitator section to describe the facilitator and how it integrates with the OpenZeppelin Relayer Framework.
- Adds “How to Use” instructions and documents both Testnet and Mainnet facilitator endpoints.
- Updates headings/structure of the facilitator documentation section.
