Adds kmp-stellar-sdk to the “Client & XDR SDKs” documentation page so Kotlin Multiplatform developers can discover the SDK alongside other community-maintained client SDKs.
Changes:
- Add a new “Kotlin Multiplatform SDK” section to the client SDKs page.
- Include repository/docs links and a short capability/maintenance description for
kmp-stellar-sdk.
