  • Made all five native tools return concise model-facing payloads: routine lookups now omit index diagnostics, trigger vocabularies, ranks, null fields, echoed arguments, and internal paths while preserving actionable warnings, rebuild state, feedback handles, and graph-edge evidence. Usage telemetry remains rich internally, and the usage-report tool now projects it to current search quality, feedback, errors, and repair candidates.
