The Updater Update

This simple update fixes the issue where disabing updates wouldn't do anything.
Future updates will focus on adding and fixing features.

A tiny new update (used to test OTA functionality) which simply adds the initial icon for the application

Despite seeming it works, disabling OTAs has no effect
