MA-1 Conditional asset loading

Frontend JS and inline CSS now only load on pages where the post content contains class="tooltip" or data-tooltip. Reduces page weight on tooltip-less pages (homepages, archives, salespages). Site owners can force-load with the new filter sfp_tooltip_force_load for cases where tooltips live in widgets, Spectra blocks, or other non-post_content locations.

MA-2 Accessibility layer

• Tooltips are now keyboard-operable (Tab + Enter/Space to open, Escape to close with focus returned to the trigger).
• ARIA attributes added (role=button, aria-expanded, aria-label, aria-describedby) for screen-reader support.
• :focus-visible outline injected via plugin CSS so keyboard users see a focus ring.
• The wp_kses_allowed_html filter now also permits tabindex, role, and aria-label on span elements.
