v1.0.4 — Support card + opt-in falling-leaf auto-hide

Two things in this release:

Support the author card. A small native card on the settings screen (Settings → Admin Bar Position) gathers the author's links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, GitHub, alveo.design) and a Buy me a coffee button. Fully translated into all 26 bundled languages.

Auto-hide is now opt-in. By default the floating switch button stays visible. If you enable Auto-hide the button in the settings, it drifts away like a falling leaf after a few seconds of inactivity and floats back the moment your pointer moves anywhere over the toolbar (its full width), or the button gains keyboard focus. A tap restores it on touch, and the motion honours the reduce motion accessibility preference.
