Performance and code-quality cleanup batch:

  • Attachment-reference scanning of the local .tasky file is now cached (keyed on the file's own last-write time) instead of re-parsing it twice per sync and again on every later sync pass
  • Decoded photo thumbnails are cached instead of being re-decoded from disk on every list/editor re-render
  • De-duplicated several near-identical hit-test and drag-drop handlers in the note editor's code-behind
