v0.1.0 Live Streaming

This change in the first iteration that begins to deviate from upstream. The f1gopherlib doesn't provide flexibility outside of use cases catered to the original 2 apps it was created for, understandably so. This release is the first that will begin to remove functionality to enable other systems to handle roles like archiving, replay, caching, etc.

v0.1.x will not break backwards compatibility with with upstream, v2.x> will.

Goals of this fork:

• Remove baggage like caching and tick based replay. Removing these components will allow consumers to implement their own.
• Decouple race schedule.
• Additional helpers and opening up the interface to provide more flexibility.
