Import Settings Improvements

Fixed a critical issue that prevented project and sync modules from being accidentally loaded into one another
Enhanced module integrity by implementing proper boundary checks during import operations
Project setting names are now automatically generated to match the user file name setting file that corresponds to the module

This update introduces a small improvement to the Project Tool:

Added the ability to completely disable audio folder generation
Users can now simply uncheck the checkbox under the Audio Options settings to prevent any audio folders from being created

General performance and stability improvements.
