updated Api Version 2.0

• Added config_to_dwarf_id_str and config_to_dwarf_id_int functions

• Config stores dwarf_id offset by -1 (e.g., 1 → Dwarf 2 and 2 - → Dwarf 3)

• These functions should be used whenever reading dwarf_id from get_config_data()
