Verify SHA256SUMS, extract the ZIP into a new folder, and double-click Fast Launch.vbs. If no browser opens, run START_FAST_LAUNCH.cmd to keep the local runtime output visible.

The exact ZIP passed 11 checks from two clean extraction folders on Microsoft Windows 11 Home 64-bit build 26200. The proof covers integrity, bundled-runtime launch, bootstrap custody, non-UEG workflow generality, checksummed backup/restore, tamper refusal, conflict preservation, and fail-closed publication state.
This is local engineering evidence, not independent assurance or a claim about every Windows configuration.
