A macOS menu bar app that pastes clipboard text with URLs stripped when you press Cmd+Shift+V.
Normal Cmd+V is completely untouched.

Clipboard contents (copied from a newsletter):

System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → enable CleanPaste
