New This Version:

  • When simulating 2 or more teeth, the output file containing the lowest energy structure will be copied to Min_Energy_Structure_X.xyz for easier access. X corresponds to the copied file; for example, Min_Energy_Structure_3.xyz would be a copy of Output3.xyz. (#1)
