v1.2.0: Alfresco OAuth2,ticket,basic auth, MCP transport opt OAuth2, download dir, FastMCP 3

1. Alfresco auth methods (ALFRESCO_AUTH_METHOD = basic | ticket | oauth2) via
   python-alfresco-api 1.2.1 OAuth2AuthUtil + ALFRESCO_OAUTH2_* env; documented in the
   README Authentication section (addresses #2). Live-tested all three.
2. Optional MCP transport auth (MCP_TRANSPORT_AUTH=true): HTTP/SSE callers must present an
   OAuth2 bearer token, validated against an IdP's JWKS (FastMCP JWTVerifier); stdio unaffected.
   Env: MCP_AUTH_JWKS_URI / MCP_AUTH_ISSUER / MCP_AUTH_AUDIENCE.
3. download_document: optional destination_dir (default ~/Downloads) — PR #1, @jeremie-lesage.
4. FastMCP 2.x -> 3 upgrade (fastmcp>=3.4.5,<4); transport auth uses JWTVerifier directly.
5. Packaging: switched build backend setuptools -> hatchling; removed MANIFEST.in.
6. Config layout: moved Claude Desktop and MCP Inspector sample configs into
   claude-desktop-configs/ and mcp-inspector-configs/ (docs/README updated).
7. Fixed checkout_document local filename: node id before the extension (name_.txt) so
   editors keep the correct file type.
8. Fixed OAuth2 service-account nodes.get KeyError('displayName') — resolved upstream by the
   python-alfresco-api 1.2.1 UserInfo shim; bump to 1.2.0 and require python-alfresco-api >= 1.2.1.
