NeoRepro v0.1.0

First archived release of the leakage-aware, patient-level, reproducible benchmark resource for public MHC-I neoantigen predictors.

  • Pinned predictor artifacts and reproducibility adapters
  • Record-level provenance and training-overlap audit
  • Patient-level, common-support, calibration and Top-K evaluation
  • IMPROVE benchmark and independent Zhao vaccine-cohort extension
  • Resource-positioned manuscript, bilingual expert brief and SHA-256 manifest

Reproducibility

  • make -j4 reproduce-results rebuilds the frozen analysis artifacts.
  • make -j4 extension rebuilds the independent extension.
  • make -j4 full-reproduce additionally reruns third-party predictors where their terms and upstream availability permit.

Scope

This release is an auditable evaluation resource, not a new predictor, universal leaderboard, or clinical-utility claim.
