Updated Tinfoil compatibility for Atmosphere 1.12.1.

  • Updated stock and TLS package3 SHA-256 verification.
  • Included the Atmosphere 1.12.1 Tinfoil-compatible package3.
  • Bumped KitNX to 1.0.2.
