Highlights

• Mouse support (#6)
• Now using a new technique to avoid stuck keys and match Windows Alt-Tab behaviors (#4, #9)
• In multi-monitor setups, cmdtab now shows on the monitor where the cursor is (thanks @german-one!) (#5, #14, #17)
• Fix wrong window selection after quitting app using Alt-Q
• If switching to a window fails, cmdtab now plays a sound instead of showing an intrusive error message box (#21)
• First step towards DPI awareness by adding manifest (#10, #13)
• Developer: better support for non-MSVC and non-CMake environments (i.e. mingw-w64)

Notes

In this patch I'm using a new technique to avoid stuck keys and match subtle Windows Alt-Tab behaviors. It has taken much frustration and experimentation to end up where cmdtab is today. With this new approach I haven't been able to produce any stuck key bugs, so let me know if you still experience such issues.

Also in this version: mouse and multi-monitor support!

Thanks to @german-one for contributing multi-monitor support and for spotting issues in the .rc file and contributing fixes for that as well (#11, #13)

Did you know... that cmdtab.exe is still less than 50kb? cmdtab is still putting the cute in exe-cute-able.
