The embed host lays the iframe out at the scenario's canonical viewport
(announced over the ready handshake) and scales it as one unit, so the
embedded app's media queries resolve at the size it was authored for.
Transport controls counter-scale to keep native pixel size. scenar pack
now honors createScenario({ viewport }) with CLI flags taking precedence.
