• add paging of large folders via new paging_items / paging_auto config options: items are
  rendered in pages with a "Load more" button (and optional auto-load on scroll), so thumbnail
  creation and image size reads are bounded to one page instead of the whole folder
• fix slow init with thousands of files: grid tooltips now use a single delegated instance
  instead of one per action button
• fix dead sorting dropdown (bootstrap-dropdown.js was bundled twice, so the menu closed
  as soon as it opened)
• change default sorting to filename ascending
• fix asset build with current toolchains (bootstrap-lightbox git tag, webpack version cap
  for laravel-mix 6); building now requires yarn: npx yarn install --ignore-engines
