Sycamore v1.2.0

Slight redesign. I don't think this is a breaking change, so it's only a minor version update.

• Script no longer parses script fields of jobs. the script now only works with variables. this was done because variables is the only really annoying part of pipelines that you can't just copy and paste.
• adds tests
• updates to the readme
