v1.0: Add EPO OPS and USPTO ODP n8n MCP servers

Four n8n workflow exports and their documentation:

- epo/   — EPO Open Patent Services: 12 tools (worldwide search, biblio,
           claims, description, INPADOC family and legal status, EP Register,
           CPC, number conversion) plus a document reader for OCR of
           published pages including search reports.
- uspto/ — USPTO Open Data Portal: 11 tools (biblio, transactions,
           continuity, assignments, PTA, attorney, foreign priority, file
           wrapper index, search) plus a document reader for OCR of any
           file-wrapper document.

Credential bindings are deliberately excluded from the exports; no API keys
or credential values are present in any file. Both MCP Server Triggers ship
at v2, which is required — v1.1 fails at runtime on every tool taking input.
