@github-actions github-actions released this 28 Jul 15:28

StormATC v0.1.2 is a major realism and integration update for the voice-first ATC companion for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Highlights

  • More reliable VATSIM-style transcripts and readback validation, including repaired word/number boundaries and tolerance profiles that avoid unnecessary “negative” replies.
  • Live MSFS 2020/2024 SimConnect airport and surface data for position-aware taxi routes, remaining distance, next turns, clearance limits, and expected taxiway signs.
  • Automatically selected and repeating spoken ATIS, with local change detection and cached replay so unchanged broadcasts do not spend LLM credits.
  • Direct encrypted API-key settings for OpenRouter, OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek, and Anthropic.
  • Aircraft-relative pushback phraseology using “tail left” and “tail right.”
  • Opt-in FSLTL-aware nearby traffic and generated radio exchanges. Traffic scanning, LLM wording, and speech remain disabled by default, with a configurable hourly limit.
  • UI improvements for settings tabs, status badges, and complete Windows microphone names.

  • StormATC-Setup-v0.1.2-win-x64.exe — recommended Windows installer.
